Pastors in The United Methodist Church are appointed by the Bishop annually. Our current pastor is Pastor Amanda Richards.
Our Pastor
Pastor Amanda grew up near Heyworth, in Lexington, IL graduating from Lexington High School. She got her BA from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL in 2000 majoring in Psychology. She went on to Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA to get her Master of Divinity degree which she received in 2003.
Pastor Amanda is supported in ministry by her husband Brian Richards and sons Mason and Parker.
